Know the warning signs of an abusive relationship: -Constant put-downs -Controlling or dominant behavior -Extreme jealousy or insecurity -Explosive temper -Isolation from family and friends, or even the outside world. -Mood swings -Possessiveness -Financial control
-He/she crys often -He/she often has bruises or injuries -Shyness -Non-talkitive when spouse is around
All aggressive behavior is a warning sign that domestic violence is taking place in the home. Somtimes, you can see it through children, and the child's actions. Children that are introduced to domestic violence in the home, are more likely to become abusers in their teen or adult years. Children give off warning signs!
